Please note, all food vendors are required to have the following:

Valid Food Truck License and/or Temporary Event License (available online or in person at 55 Union St., 5th floor, Health Protection Services, Saint John, NB. Phone 506-658-3022)
Proof of liability insurance with address, name and date of event specified.
Approved fire extinguisher on site.

The Saint John Exhibition will take every effort to accommodate preferred placement and requirements of each vendor, however, they reserve the right to ultimately make the final decision in the best interest of their event. Vendors will be notified if their application has been accepted.
